And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good.
Out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field and every bird of the sky, and brought [them] to the man to see what he would call them; and whatever the man called a living creature, that was its name.
The man gave names to all the cattle, and to the birds of the sky, and to every beast of the field, but for Adam there was not found a helper suitable for him.
"Or speak to the earth, and let it teach you; And let the fish of the sea declare to you.
"Who among all these does not know That the hand of the LORD has done this,
In whose hand is the life of every living thing, And the breath of all mankind?
"By His breath the heavens are cleared; His hand has pierced the fleeing serpent.
